Well, well, 2 days and few hrs left. I'll have a busy weekend this week, so, this is probably the last post in Canada (Attention, just MAYBE!!) I leanred a lot here, I think. I don't know if I am improved, but Jan said that I did, whatever, I know I can speak better than before, but still cannot have a long conversation with native speaker easily. I know, if I stay longer, I'll be better. Ah, I have a wonderful time staying here, but I'm still afraid of passing the VCR Airport, I don't think I have a good experience when I arrived. I think I have already bought something, and nothing forgot, after I finish this article, I'll go to my last shopping. There are too many things in my mind, maybe I'll talk about them after I go back. See you guys~

Today, is the last school day, tomorrow we'll have the interview to know our learning situation, and the day after tomorrow, we'll have a picnic party in Beacon Hill Park with pizzas and some games. And today is also one week before I arrive in Taiwan. ~_~||

Today, I went to window shopping after school. I was looking for a Boston baseball cap and memory card. Why I said window shopping but not shopping? Because of the price, the cap cost 19.99 CAD not included 12% taxes, and the 1 GB memory card cost 39.99 CAD not included taxes, the 2GB one cost 59.99 CAD...what the hell!! So, I came back home with nothing. BTW, I had sent all the postcards few days ago, but I don't know when it will be there, I'm afraid that I'll go back to Taiwan before the postcards, so, could you leave a message after you receive the card?

This weekend was BC Day long holiday weekend. Also, one of Jan's son, John, and his girlfriend Emilia came to visit her, so we spent all weekend in downtown to watched the BC Day celebrations. On Sunday, the acitivity named "Splash", means "the game on the water", but actually, it was just a long symphne from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and after that, it was firework show. On 8/4, Monday, the BC Day, we went to legislature lawn to listen the speech by Prime Minister of Canada, but Canadians told me that people in Victoria don't like any Prime Minister of Canada, especially, this one. Also, I saw the protests, too. Then, it was Snowbird Show, a kind of plain show, just like we always do on Oct 10. After that, it was a long concert till 10 p.m.. I've record in my DV and my cell phone, so, I will have them done after I go back.

This is a very long weekend for 4 days off. Friday, i went to Pender Island with Bev's family, including her husband, one of her daughters, and her 3 grandchildren to visit her mother. We took ferries to the island in Bev's 7-seat van. I had a good time on the island with them, Bev's family was very nice to me, and with children, one of them is 6, the others are 9, I felt I was their big brother......, when the adults were preparing for the meals, the children asked me to played with them. But children are always have a lot of energy, and always do all things they want, so I was very tired to take care of them. Especially when we were playing Frisbee-golfing. The court was in the trees, but all of them wanted to be in the first place and ran very fast, even more, the court was very hilly, so it was even much tired. After that, we went back to grandma's house and had a big meal, it had 2 salmons, fried rice (I was finally had fried rice after I came here ^^a), and ckickens that said made by a Taiwanese woman. And when I went back home, it was 9:30 p.m., and it was just getting dark... = =|||

I have no homework today, so I have time to post articles ~_~|| Today is the first day I see the rain after I arrived Victoria, I heard that Victoria gere had no rain for months!! And the tempreture is 16C, as same as sunny day in winter in Taiwan... My class watched the movie "The Client" today and no homework, wahaha I can relax today =!=a

Last saturday, I went to Luminara Festivel in Beacon Hill Park, I only had my DV with me that day, so I don't have pics now ~_~, I'll put it on when I got home....

July 2 was the Canada Day.......
